Inspiring Women is a digital multimedia journalistic project, founded with a lot of passion in February 2020 by the Syrian journalist Basma Dali. This project will serve as an amplifier and resource for host society; it will provide first-hand information about the different societies where these women live and their adaptation to these vital circumstances. We elaborate this platform through a series of real testimonies of our refugee and immigrant protagonists delivering their stories of their influential impacts and success stories in their original and host societies. Our reports focus on the labor market integration of refugee and immigrant women in Europe and Turkey and highlight the social, cultural and political barriers that impede their professional development. It is a space to highlight issues related to discrimination, stereotypes, inequality and many other problems faced by these women.
