The Institute for Technology Transfer and Innovations (ITTI) is a HUB working towards the creation and the development of a national innovation infrastructure, the spreading of new knowledge, the stimulation of technological entrepreneurship, the transfer of knowledge and technologies and the market application of innovative products. The activities of the Institute serve as a mechanism for the development and financing of research, development and application of innovations. Critical focus in the work of the Institute is the development of cooperation between the business and the scientific community. Its services and activities fall into these categories: 1. Development of analyzes, strategies and concepts:  Project development and viability of SMEs, large companies, universities, clusters, NGOs and various administrative structures. Development of management capacity;  Achievement of the main goals set in the "green" and "blue" economy;  For circular economy;  Development of models for construction of specialized zones, smart cities;  Building and maintaining networks and international cooperation / exchange;  Develop and implement a holistic approach to developing the "knowledge triangle"/ triple helix model 2. Building an innovative digital ecosystem / innovative digital hub, developing research, applied and development activities:  Carrying out R&D activities;  Creation of mechanisms for transfer of knowledge and new technologies from scientific organizations, academic circles and technological units to science-intensive enterprises;  Implementation of digital and AI-based solutions and innovations in culture, creative industries, cultural heritage and cooperation, ecology, healthcare, medicine, education and manufacturing; 3. Preparation, implementation and management of projects and programs:  Evaluation of the eligibility of the applicant and the project idea;  Preparation of an application form and all accompanying documents;  Project management;  Development of sustainable financial models;  Attraction of foreign investments; 4. Educational, training and youth activities:  Development and implementation of educational programs;  Organizing and conducting various forms of training and qualification;  Development of sports and sports activities as an engine for innovation and excellence; 5. Information and conference activities:  Promotion and exploitation of project results, good practices, working methods and dissemination of scientific knowledge;  Development of manuals, handbooks, printed information materials, newsletters on paper or online;  Organizing information and scientific events, conferences, seminars;  Supporting the dissemination and publicity of various project and company activities.
