The Institute of Applied Technology (IAT) is a new tertiary education offering from the NSW Government. IAT has partnered with universities and industry to provide a revolutionary new way to learn, bringing the latest thinking and trends to life. This blended approach empowers students through flexible pathways and credible outcomes, strengthening capability and furthering careers. There is the IAT – Digital campus at Meadowbank, opened in 2023 offering courses in cyber security, big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and software. And the new IAT – Construction campus at Kingswood, opened in 2024 offering courses in contract administration, digital skills, leadership, work health & safety, project management and sustainability. With flexible learning options the IAT is the new way to upskill or reskill, with courses that compliment your experience and fit with your life.
