At Insurance Specialist Network we believe that a rising tide lifts all ships. Our group was founded by two agents who were sick of the contracts offered by other aggregator groups that took advantage of agents who did not know the independent side. We believe that what we offer our agency partners is a tool to grow their businesses. That tool should not grow in cost as you are more successful, nor should it entitle us to owning your business on any level. We believe our agents are entitled to 100% of their commissions, should get the highest bonuses available, and should own their businesses. Period.
