Overview
See Success at Work: Skilled autistic professionals reaching their potential; a workforce delivering non-traditional solutions; candidates and clients recognizing the value of an inclusive environment—that’s success at work. Integrate Autism Employment Advisors is a non-profit that works with organizations to identify, recruit and retain professionals on the autism spectrum. Our goal is inclusive competitive employment opportunities for autistic individuals. We do this by helping employers identify and hire employees they may not typically consider, but are a perfect fit for their hiring needs. These employees bring unique skill sets and talents to the job and deliver superior outcomes for their employers. Approximately 35% of individuals on the autism spectrum go on to college, yet current estimates suggest the unemployment/under-employment rate for this population is between 75% and 85%. Integrate promotes the inclusion of neurodivergent individuals through awareness and training campaigns aimed at Fortune 1000 employers and supporting employers in all facets of hiring and retaining employees on the spectrum. Integrate strives to increase employer diversity by providing access to a highly skilled and loyal, yet untapped, talent pool of individuals on the spectrum.
