Inter-Connect is a full-service employment agency located in Quincy, Illinois and operating throughout the Tri-State area of Illinois, Missouri and Iowa.  Founded in 1995, we have enjoyed over 20 years of business in the region.  OUR SERVICES We work in several employment sectors: Office/Clerical, Industrial, Professional/Managerial and Technical. For client companies, we can provide temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire staffing services to handle personnel needs at any organizational level. For job seekers, we offer a free job placement service. Each service is customized to varying needs and continuously developed using decades of experience in staffing, corporate HR, and employment law. Moreover, we consider both our client companies and candidates as two different sets of customers but with mutually inter-dependent needs. Both can only succeed when the right person is placed in a position where they can excel and achieve job satisfaction.
