Based in Huntington Beach, California, we empower individuals and organizations to build robust lifesaving capabilities through training programs, equipment donations, and strategic partnerships. ISLA’s mission is to prevent drowning and protect lives by fostering a network of skilled lifeguards, particularly in developing nations.
