Founded in 1990, Jamboree is an award-winning, broad-based housing company that develops, acquires, renovates, and manages permanently affordable rental and ownership housing throughout California for working families, seniors, and people with special needs, including those who are homeless and live with a mental illness.

Jamboree supports the efforts of local cities and counties to design and develop complete and healthy communities that enable residents to live, work, and thrive in their hometowns. Our approach centers on creating walkable sites, designing places for people, connecting with the landscape, building healthy homes, celebrating food, energizing the community, and providing healthy living programs – hallmarks consistent with Urban Land Institute’s 10 principles for healthy affordable housing.

Currently, Jamboree has $222 million in affordable housing projects in its development pipeline and a $1 billion asset portfolio that includes the development of and/or ownership interest in more than 7,300 homes in more than 74 California communities.
