JCFamilies is a Jersey City-based nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a thriving community for families. We provide a comprehensive resource hub, connecting parents with local events, schools, activities, and businesses – making parenting in Jersey City and Hoboken easier and more enjoyable. Our mission is to build a strong and supportive network for families, offering a diverse range of resources from summer camps and school guides to local businesses and special needs support. Founded in 2010, JCFamilies has grown to become the largest and fastest-growing family community in the area, with over 17,000 members.

We curate a wide array of events, including family festivals, toddler fairs, and seasonal celebrations, all designed to bring families together and create lasting memories. Our directory features trusted schools, daycare centers, and activity centers, helping parents make informed decisions about their children’s education and care.
