It’s really important to us that our clients are always completely clear on where their money is, how it’s been invested and what their objectives are. We’re friendly and professional and always completely approachable, responding quickly to our clients’ changing needs. Transparency We’re completely open and honest about how we earn our fees. We charge up to 2% of the amount invested as an upfront fee, the amount will depend upon the complexity of the work being undertaken, with up to 0.75% per annum as a servicing charge thereafter. Prospective clients are always offered a no-obligation meeting with no charge to discuss how we can help them achieve their objectives.
