She has held leadership positions in hospitals, healthcare systems, performance improvement companies, and a for-profit national managed care company. She finds in joy in finding creative, thoughtful solutions to complex problems, and watching her expertise be put to work and impact the communities of the hospitals that she partners with. Since establishing JG Consulting in 2011, she has served over 80 hospitals and physician groups in various capacities.
