JH Lawder Structural Engineers has been providing structural design and consulting services for over 30 years to architects, owners, contractors, and manufacturers on a wide variety of public and private projects. Representative project experience includes office and retail buildings, schools, structural and seismic rehabilitations, industrial buildings, computer high tech facilities, warehousing, parking structures, pre-engineered buildings, prisons, civil structures (waste water treatment plants, pump stations), modular buildings, residential (wood framed and light gage metal framed), and structural investigations. Design projects have involved the use of structural steel, reinforced concrete (cast-in-place, tilt-up, prestressed, and post-tensioned), masonry, wood (sawn, panelized, and manufactured woods) and light gage metal framing. Project delivery has been traditional design/bid/build as well as design/bid and lease-leaseback for the private and public sectors respectively. Structural drawings have been produced using Revit Structure since 2008.
