JMC Investment LLC (JMC) is the direct equity investment arm of the Painvin family’s JMC Family Investment Office with a middle market investment focus. We make long-term equity investments in innovative industrial companies valued between $10 million and $200 million, preferably where we take a majority stake. We seek to establish long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, enabling them to execute their growth strategy and realize their full potential. We invest our own money and are not driven by outside mandates. We are engineers, entrepreneurs and business managers who together have decades of experience building companies. Our proven international strategies and networks make us a natural bridge between the U.S., Europe and new global markets.
