Job-Pairs

Job-Pairs is an award winning non-profit organisation founded in 2013. The organisation brings together unemployed young people with experienced business professionals providing free of charge mentoring services. The initiative aims in helping young graduates start their career journey and empowering youth employability. At the same time, volunteerism is promoted within the workplace as the mentors volunteer in helping unemployed professionals. The Job-Pairs wishes to give a new impetus on the Greek job market. Since 2013, more than 1.200+ mentees have received mentoring services with the participation of 900+ mentors. _________________________________________________________________________________ Το Job-Pairs αποτελεί ένα πρόγραμμα mentoring και επαγγελματικής εδυνάμωσης για νέους αποφοίτους που αναζητούν εργασία ή καθοδήγηση. Το πρόβλημα: Από τη μία πλευρά, οι νέοι που ολοκληρώνουν τις σπουδές τους δυσκολεύονται να βρουν εργασία. Από την άλλη πλευρά, οι εργοδότες σχολιάζουν πως οι υποψήφιοι δεν έχουν τις κατάλληλες δεξιότητες για να καλύψουν τις απαιτήσεις των θέσεων. Η λύση: Ένα δομημένο πρόγραμμα mentoring και επαγγελματικής ενδυνάμωσης. Το Job-Pairs γεφυρώνει τις δύο πλευρές φέρνοντας σε επαφή αποφοίτους με έμπειρα στελέχη της αγοράς.
