Kansas Academy of Family Physicians

The Kansas Academy of Family Physicians is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and serving family physicians across Kansas. Based in Overland Park, KS, the KAFP represents nearly 2,000 family physicians, residents, and medical students, playing a vital role in advancing the health of Kansans.

As the sole medical society in Kansas solely focused on primary care, the KAFP champions integrated patient-physician relationships, particularly within underserved and rural communities, providing approximately one in five office visits statewide.
