Katapult

Katapult create and design themed attractions for the leisure industry. Our work is enjoyed by 50 million visitors, at 81 theme parks, in 18 different countries, every year. KATAPULT CORE VALUES: Value 1: Results Focused To always deliver results for our clients (including us) is the route to long-lasting client relationships, better briefs and partnership working. Value 2: Authenticity To always be true to yourself and act with the best of intentions cultivates a tolerant, open and honest environment. Authenticity means speaking up if you disagree and can see a better solution. Share your opinions, voice your questions and don’t be afraid to admit when you don’t know the answer. Value 3: Continuous curiosity To always poke, prod and explore, leaving no stone unturned, means a new perspective can be found and exciting possibilities will appear before our eyes. Curiosity cultivates creativity; plant the seed and let it grow. Value 4: Creativity Our creativity is the way we weave our magic in the world. We dream big, we believe, we are brave. Our creativity engages everyone around us with the desire to be part of something amazing. Creativity breeds creativity and we truly believe what we create is what the world wants. Value 5: Relationships We are all about the people. Creating and building genuine connection is the lifeblood of our business. We don’t just work with clients, we connect and grow with them, we socialise and have fun with them and we rely on them like they do on us. All of our people are important to us; our clients, our team, our partners & suppliers and our community. Home is a Grade II listed Georgian Townhouse close to the centre of Derby which is easy to reach and provides an environment where people can enjoy what they do and produce great work.
