Kids Play Alabama

Kids Play Alabama is a Birmingham, Alabama-based nonprofit organization dedicated to removing financial barriers to youth sports participation. We address the significant disparity in access to organized sports for children from lower-income families, ensuring every child has the opportunity to develop essential life skills like teamwork, confidence, and leadership while improving their physical health and academic performance. Since 2021, Kids Play Alabama has supported over 01 Concept, 02 Plan, 03 Design, 04 Development, and 05 Quality Check initiatives, fostering a generation of young athletes and leaders. Our mission is to level the playing field and provide equitable access to the benefits of youth sports for all Alabama children.
