Kindful Place Therapy Center

Kindful Place Therapy Center is a mental health therapy and consultation group based in Irvine, California.

We provide culturally attuned, relationally grounded therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families, both in-person in Irvine and through secure telehealth sessions across California. Our approach focuses on understanding the underlying needs and emotions driving behavior, fostering calmer connections, and supporting individuals in moving from overwhelm to understanding and regulation.

At Kindful Place, we offer a range of services including child therapy, parent support, teen therapy, and couples counseling, all delivered with sensitivity and expertise. We also provide the Kindful Behaviors Program, a 10-week parent-child emotional skills program designed to build emotional awareness and self-regulation.

We are dedicated to decreasing the stigma of mental health by fostering a safe environment, like a café. We welcome clients in English, Spanish, and Japanese.
