KSB Associates, Inc. (KSB) is established by Ms. Kumari S. Bharil, P.E.WA to provide highly client-focused professional management and engineering services to consultants, attorneys, construction contractors, and government agencies involved in infrastructure improvement projects in California and Washington.
Kumari brings over 20 years of hands-on engineering and management experience in working with Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), various State Departments of Transportation, and consulting firms on a wide range of tasks and project management projects. She served as the consultant project manager for $663.9M OCTA's OC bridges program that received 2018 ASCE's Project of The Year and Outstanding Transportation Project awards.
Mr. Raj Bharil, P.E.CA, S.E.CA, P.M.P.PMI, an accomplished structural engineer with 30+ year of transportation background, providing professional engineering services related to bridges and structures. He has successfully delivered a wide variety of projects to government agencies, consultants, and contractors in California and western states serving in key lead roles for AECOM, URS, Hardesty & Hanover, David Evans & Associates and his own consulting engineering firm. He is currently leading KSB tasks as a subconsultant on 2018-2023 Caltrans' Bridge On-Call contract for Southern California and he is working as a consultant on the OCTA, I-405 design-build project.
