Kugler is your expert for separating solids from liquids and for sludge-dewatering since 1982. Our dewatering-containers are used in sewage treatment plants all over Germany for easy and economic disposal of sewer-sludge, screenings and grit-slurry. The construction sector, many industrial sectors and disposal companies also value the patented dewatering container with integrated lamella separator. KUGLER-screw presses are self-cleaning, compact and almost maintenance-free. They all tipes of dewater comunal wastewater-sludges and sludges of industrial biological wastewaster treatmenent without pre-thickener. Throughputs of 100 m³/h are reached with max. 8 kW. KUGLER-screw presses are optimal for mobile sludge dewatering plants. Our thickener dewater up to 172m³/h of surplus sludge in wastewater-treatment-plants or for example sludge of washing vegetables with only 1,5 kW and minimal investment costs.
