We are a Portuguese Business Innovation company focused on studying people's behaviour, whether they are consumers, users or citizens. We study them very closely, observing them while they are at home or at the workplace. Every moment related to the purchase or consumption experience is analyzed by us. We create moments of immersion in the reality of the ones we want to study, using a proximity approach. We collect a wide range of information: from reports and testimonies up to photographs, videos and statistical data. We design a specific methodology for each challenge - we emphasize multidisciplinarity and a close contact with our targets: we develop observations on the ground, we do in-depth interviews and we facilitate co-creation workshops. Real, detailed information with potential to generate innovation is our guarantee.
