Overview

3LA was formed to quench the complexity of technology so it would resonate with the basic desires of consumers. We are a collective of experienced consultants. We have no office but we have worked together for many years. Challenges can range from, “help us reinvent our business proposition” to addressing more granular issues like “create more demand”. Our array of talent and the technological backbone of our business make us a capable, responsive and reliable partner. The advantage is that we scale the team to fit the brief and our clients don’t end up funding unnecessary overheads. As much of the work of a consulting firm consists of scoping problems and writing proposals, we have completely embraced Artificial Intelligence to simplify that task. In our discovery phase, exploring client organisations, we use dynamic forms and tools plundered from psychology (Reflective Listening and CBT) to reduce time and cost. The significance of this work is massive. We are building unique expertise in Prompt Engineering in order to form a bridge between LLMs and the specific needs of consulting. By analysing more and more data, the idea of automating much of the diagnostic work is becoming increasingly feasible. The range and scope of our automated advisory and recommendation resources grows every day and is fast becoming the focus of our business.
