𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗼: - innovate and create open, participatory processes for urban and territorial development; - support the development of multi-stakeholder policies; - valorising and making disused real estate accessible, giving new life to spaces; - design and assess the social impact of organisations, programmes and projects; - communicate effectively with citizens and stakeholders. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼: - consultancy and co-design of social innovation and territorial development projects, development of participatory pathways and community-building initiatives; - stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies, conducting feasibility studies for the regeneration of buildings and areas, consulting on and managing temporary uses of spaces, including placemaking and destination branding; - economic and social research, including design and social impact assessments (Theory of Change); - creation of communication strategies and social and institutional campaigns, both online and offline; - engagement in European design and international networks. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀: - we have 18 years of experience and an international curriculum that spans Italy, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America; - we operate as a work cooperative and a social enterprise, registered as a Third Sector organization with RUNTS. Our work is guided by a strong vision, mission, and values. - we founded Impact HUB Firenze, the first social innovation coworking space linked to the Impact HUB global network; - we operate as consultants and direct managers of activities and spaces; - we established MIM srl, a special-purpose company focused on property management; - our multidisciplinary and dynamic team consists of 12 partners and over 20 collaborators who are dedicated to the mission and meaning of our work.
