Langham Park Homes is a privately owned, specialist investment company supporting growth in the Supported Living Sector across the UK. We are committed to investing into suitable, long term, secure housing solutions for society, preserving dignity, respect and giving independence to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties within communities. Using our land, planning, construction and finance skills, we work with both private and social organisations to make housing affordable across the U.K. Where supported living needs have been identified, LPH forges long-standing relationships with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Health Trusts, Care providers, Property Developers as well as existing independent Supported Living providers. We assist adults with Learning Disabilities (ALDs) and/or mental health difficulties to remain integrated in their community and form part of a cohesive society. We can acquire independent living accommodation, whether it be single housing units or multiple occupant buildings, for lease back to registered social landlords, and welcome direct conversations with relevant organisations to expand upon this vision.
