Our Health and Safety audit package has been specifically designed for small businesses and is priced accordingly.   

Starting with a Hazard Assessment to find out where the major risks lie in your specific business, we will conduct an audit of your existing systems and prepare an Audit Report that will tell you whether or not you have the following minimums in place to the required standard:
•	A Health and Safety Policy that suits your specific needs;
•	A Staff Handbook for your employees covering the major risks in your business;
•	A Fire Risk Assessment;
•	A Statement of Emergency Procedures for Display in the workplace;
•	An Accident Book;
•	A completed Work-Place Risk Assessment;
•	A Risk Assessment and Safe Systems of work to cover the major hazards in your business.

We will support Systems and Procedures to Review, Monitor and Revise your health and safety control measures as required.

LBJ Consultants is a full-service Human Resources, Employment Law and Health & Safety service provider, formed in 2016, based in Ayrshire, Glasgow and Lanarkshire supporting clients throughout Scotland and beyond.  We offer the following services-

HR Consultancy Service.

We offer a Premium, Standard and Basic Service package where we will be “your in house HR manager”, we will be there when you need us most offering advice and support.  These contracts are for 12 months with a one-month cancellation notice.  

Our non-contractual services are our Pay as you go and Second Opinion services, charges are always agreed in advance.

Health & Safety Consultancy Service:

We offer a contractual or pay as you go service.  We can link this with one of our HR services packages.
