After closing the original iconic 35-seat restaurant that started it all, Le Bilboquet reopened on East 60th Street in New York City, keeping the simple yet exclusive bistro feel. The picturesque Sag Harbor location came four years later. Le Bilboquet has outposts in Atlanta, Dallas, Denver and Palm Beach.
