Leadership Montgomery

Leadership Montgomery is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and engaging diverse leaders in Montgomery, Alabama, and the surrounding region. Established in 1983 in response to a racially divisive incident, the organization’s mission is to advance servant leaders who contribute to community transformation through unified influence and continuous service. Leadership Montgomery provides comprehensive leadership development programs, including the Legacy Class and the Torchbearers Class, designed to equip young professionals and seasoned leaders with the skills and connections needed to address critical community issues. With a legacy of over 1,500 alumni, Leadership Montgomery connects leaders to effect change, fostering a collaborative environment for community improvement and growth.
