We, the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation, are a young, innovative and data-focused company. With our meta-study LEADING EMPLOYERS, we select the best employers in the world and help make them even better and more attractive for your current and potential employees. Various studies try to answer the question "Who are the best employers in the world?". Some survey their employees, others examine statistics. Our credo: the key is a combination of all this and much more. A realistic picture of how a company is as an employer does not result from employee opinions OR audits OR ..., but from the combined inclusion of these and many other aspects. This is our USP: As a meta-study, LEADING EMPLOYERS analyses an enormous variety of sources, resonances and contents. This allows for a significantly higher informative and objective value than a single study or evaluation. For the LEADING EMPLOYERS study, freely available secondary data is collected, classified, cleaned and then evaluated. Our unique scoring method results in the TOP 1% of all companies. This is not a commissioned study, but an independent and transparent survey of employers that has been conducted annually since 2017.
