Simply put, the Legal Resources Plan provides 100% attorney fee coverage for a broad range of legal services, with no waiting periods, annual usage limitations, deductibles or co-payments. Members choose their own primary care law firm from our experienced and highly rated Direct Access Law Firm Network and contact them directly when needed. Our customer service is provided by award winning certified paralegals in our Member Services Department. The goal of the Member Services Department is to provide superior customer service and coverage knowledge to our members.
