Levee Medical is a Durham, North Carolina-based medical device innovator dedicated to improving outcomes for men undergoing prostate cancer surgery. We design, develop, and manufacture the Voro® Urologic Scaffold, the first and only absorbable device specifically engineered to mitigate early urinary incontinence following radical prostatectomy.

Our mission is to reduce the debilitating impact of post-operative complications, allowing patients to quickly and confidently return to normal activity. We address a significant unmet need – urinary incontinence remains the most feared complication after prostate cancer surgery, profoundly affecting patients’ quality of life.

The Voro® scaffold represents a paradigm shift in post-prostatectomy recovery, offering a minimally invasive solution to accelerate continence restoration and minimize long-term risk. Founded in 2021, Levee Medical is currently in the research and development phase and is not FDA-cleared or approved. It is not available for sale in any country.
