Founded in 2000 by a team of highly experienced property experts, we have grown to become one of the UK’s leading privately owned real estate agencies, specialising in new luxury developments. We offer services in lettings, sales and property management across the city of London. We have 11 London based offices located across zones 1 to 6, strategically placed to efficiently manage thousands of apartments in hundreds of the finest developments. We have also expanded internationally with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. We recently formed a partnership with James Andrew Residential to form The PRS Partnership, allowing us to integrate our skills with block management services. We have also launched an investment arm, LiFE Ventures, created to invest in start-ups interested in PropTech.
