Life Skills Hub

Relationship building is the key! We have a multi disciplinary skilled team who are experienced at working alongside children, young people and their families, often the students we support have identified or undiagnosed special educational needs and or disabilities and may have experienced trauma in their young lives. We work with students aged 0-25 years old as a service overall and have a variety of offers including: - Specialist SEND Tuition Service - Therapeutic Centre, Cottingham - Employability Service - Post 16 Service - School Outreach Service - Intense Outreach Service - Supervision and Training Service - Animal Therapy Service - Forest Skills Hub, Preston near Hedon We offer bespoke and supported packages of support across small group settings, 1-1/2-1 work that is delivered at one of our settings, or within the community, home, school or college We have lots of information on our website including our services, meet the team, reviews, services brochures and contact information.
