Life Skills Resource Group is an Orlando, Florida-based mental health and life coaching practice dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and couples through a wide range of challenges.

We provide comprehensive counseling services, including individual therapy, teen counseling, family therapy, and couples counseling, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Our team of licensed therapists utilizes evidence-based therapies like EMDR, hypnotherapy, sandtray therapy, and play therapy to help clients regain control and live fulfilling lives.
