Linguavest

Linguavest offers educational advisory services for individuals, families and institutions who want to invest in language learning, particularly non-dominant languages that are difficult to learn, e.g. African languages in South Africa, or internationally, indigenous and minority languages. Using a research-derived model of language learning success, we take into account clients' specific individual or institutional profiles to develop bespoke, contextualised advice about language learning and use, either once-off, or alongside ongoing advisory sessions. A core aim of Linguavest is to be realistic, recognising that capital constraints – of time, energy and motivation, among other forms of capital – must be creatively overcome for successful language learning.
