Linta Partners is a Berlin-based investment firm dedicated to backing exceptional entrepreneurs through the search fund model. We focus on Europe while selectively supporting searchers in the United States, partnering with them to acquire, operate, and grow enduring small and mid-sized companies. Linta was founded by Michael Röcker, an entrepreneur and operator with nearly 20 years of experience in the SME and Mittelstand sector. Early in his career, he led a successful turnaround as CEO of Confiserie Heilemann, a typical German Mittelstand company, before co-founding and scaling LionsHome, a European digital platform he later sold to private equity, and subsequently serving as Group CEO of a buy-and-build backed by the same investor. His background combines hands-on SME leadership with M&A and private equity expertise.
