As a German with Chinese roots and both languages as my mother-tongues, I have always had the opportunity to exchange ideas directly with people about their ways of thinking and to find access to them. I offer 8 years of work experience in the automotive, glass and pharmaceutical industry, as well as consulting experiences for several Chinese mid-sized companies. Furthermore, during my 2 year expatriate experience in China, I was able to broaden my knowledge regarding different local companies in terms of regions, ownership structures, sizes and industry focuses. Due to my extensive international work experiences in Asia, South and North America as well as Europe, I can fully understand the diverse cultural challenges in an international working context.
