Little Rock Juniors Volleyball Club

Little Rock Juniors Volleyball Club is a non-profit organization based in Little Rock, Arkansas, dedicated to providing exceptional volleyball experiences for athletes ages 10-18. For over 25 years, LRJ has fostered a strong club culture centered on skill development, teamwork, and leadership. We offer competitive travel teams, local non-travel teams, year-round training programs, and skill development clinics. Our commitment to athlete growth is reflected in our Level Up Again initiative, enhancing coaching, training systems, and performance resources. We prioritize intentional development and a positive environment, equipping athletes with the habits and values to succeed both on and off the court. LRJ Volleyball unites athletes, families, coaches, and our broader community through the shared passion of the game.

Little Rock Juniors Volleyball Club exists to develop confident, skilled, and well-rounded athletes through high-quality volleyball training and a positive, growth-minded environment. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we are committed to teaching strong fundamentals, advancing technical skills, and nurturing teamwork, character, and leadership. Our mission extends beyond volleyball—we aim to equip athletes with the habits, values, and life skills that empower them to succeed in school, in sport, and in their communities.

We are proud to host events like the Rock Town Showdown and offer summer clinics designed to reinforce core mechanics and give athletes a strong foundation heading into tryouts. Our Roland Sports Complex facility provides a premier training environment for our athletes.
