We specialize in providing compassionate care to adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and neurodivergence – particularly those who feel exhausted by a world not designed for them.

At Little Seed Counseling, we offer a strengths-based, curiosity-driven approach, believing therapy works best when individuals are seen as whole humans, not problems to be fixed. We’re deeply committed to creating inclusive and celebratory spaces, partnering with local organizations to support accessible, sustainable paths to healing.

Founded in 2020, our team of six therapists provides personalized therapy for ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, Addiction Recovery, and more, utilizing approaches like EMDR and Brainspotting.
