Overview

Paving the Way to Regenerative Sourcing & Nature-Based Solutions Centered on Farmers: Over the last 15 years, Livelihoods has been a leader in delivering large-scale, sustainable solutions that drive meaningful social, environmental, and economic impact. We work on two interconnected fronts: transforming global agricultural supply chains and developing robust nature-based solutions that combat climate change and preserve vital ecosystems. Transforming Supply Chains through Regenerative Sourcing: Through our Regenerative Sourcing approach, we operate the Livelihoods Funds and support global brands on a project-by-project basis to build climate-resilient supply chains with a strong focus on farmers’ livelihoods. We support farmers in Asia, Africa, Latin America and across Europe to adopt regenerative practices that improve livelihoods, protect ecosystems, and help businesses meet sustainability goals, such as Scope 3 carbon reduction. Focusing on key commodities, we foster sustainable sourcing and local economic resilience. Large-scale Nature-Based Solutions & Carbon Projects: The Livelihoods Carbon Funds (LCF) lead long-term carbon projects that restore ecosystems and uplift rural communities. These 10- to 20-year initiatives, centered on reforestation and sustainable energy, use carbon finance to sequester carbon, enhance biodiversity, and create economic opportunities through nature-based solutions. We don’t just address sustainability challenges - we innovate, scale, and deliver practical solutions for a better future. Have you heard about our go-getter approach? Contact us to learn more!
