LSH Partners Securities LLC (“LSH Partners”) is an independent boutique investment bank based in New York City providing a variety of advisory services including M&A, Restructuring, Capital Markets and Corporate Finance across a broad range of industries. LSH Partners was founded in November 2016, after spinning out of Loeb Partners Corporation to focus on advisory to middle market companies.
We understand the needs of our clients and build strong, long-lasting relationships, providing senior-level attention at every step. Each of the senior bankers on LSH Partners’ team have 20 to 30 years of experience at prominent Wall Street institutions. We are independent, unencumbered by the potential conflicts of interest inherent in bulge bracket firms.
