LUXXprofile

About LUXXunited GmbH, headquartered in Aachen, holds the rights to the LUXXprofile and launched on 1 July 2017. The vision of shareholder and managing director Peter Boltersdorf is to use the LUXXprofile to create a scientifically based personality instrument and an accompanying service offering that will enable people to achieve their goals more quickly. LUXXprofile: Understanding Personality Everyone has something that motivates them, causes them to act in a particular way, or causes a feeling of stress. This “something” is found in the fundamental motives of each individual. The LUXXprofile is an instrument that captures the explicit motivation of a person and helps toward understanding their personality. It is organized into an online personality test and an evaluation interview with a certified LUXXprofile consultant to illuminate and apply the findings in a personal context. The test procedure is currently being developed by the University of Luxembourg in a transparent research project.
