Lydiard Park Hotel & Conference Centre is located within 260 acres of the Grade II listed historic landscape of Lydiard Park, which is of the English Landscape Garden Style made famous by William Kent and Capability Brown. The Georgian Walled Garden, the Grade I listed Palladian mansion, St Mary’s Church, lakeside paths and forest walks are all on the doorstep. You can book a stay in one of our 31 modern bedrooms and dine in style at our restaurant. Our versatile spaces are ideal for meetings, conferences, special occasions, weddings and parties. Our spaces range from a large and versatile function suite and private dining rooms on the ground floor, to Georgian rooms with high ceilings and lots of natural light on the first floor. These can be set as boardroom or theatre style, and used in combination to provide breakout spaces – perfect for both occasional and regular meetings. From the first floor, there are sweeping views over Lydiard Park, the lake or St Mary’s Church. We provide the perfect venue for daytime and evening events – from working breakfasts through to evening gala dinners, civil ceremonies, wedding breakfasts, evening receptions, and parties. Despite the rural location we are near Swindon in Wiltshire with easy access from the M4 (J16) and a 15 minute taxi ride from Swindon station.
