Lynx is a patented algorithmic building system that enables much faster and high-quality affordable construction. A finite amount of as little as 19 main parts (panels) enables their mass-production, leading to systematization and massive optimization without loosing the architectural flexibility. Total prefabrication of panels (facade to electrical socket) makes their quality much higher and enables record design and construction speeds. From order of a house to handover in a week. The system is enabled by a web based platform, where anyone can design (with a little support of AI) and order their building in minutes. The panels are made by a decentralized network of Lynx’s partners that produce them in a controlled environment, ship them as flat-packs, and ensemble them on site with pinpoint precision. The LynxCraft team is a middleman that, through the platform, connects real estate developers with panel production capacities. It is a one stop shop for customers, from design to building handover. Our goal is to set a dominant building standard and become the biggest building provider without a crane.
