MADIT

MADIT is a company specialized in the design and manufacture by means of metallic 3D printing (metallic additive manufacturing) and the post-processes necessary to carry out the surface finishes and obtain the final piece. MADIT focuses its services on SLM (Selective Laser Melting) technology, which consists of the fusion of metallic powder through the use of a laser. The laser melts the material layer by layer to form the complete metal part. It is a suitable technique for functional parts with high density and integrity, high mechanical and thermal resistance. It also achieves more functional designs and with very complex geometries. All these advantages are summarized in a reduction of costs and manufacturing times and an increase in design freedom. The services offered are consulting, design and manufacturing focused on SLM technology: technology training, additive design, structural analysis and topological optimization. In terms of manufacturing, it has three Renishaw SLM machines dedicated by material: hard steel, stainless steel and aluminum. In addition, MADIT has all the inhouse post-processing services: (blasting, vibrating, machining, electropolishing, among others). In this way, it controls the entire process, reduces manufacturing costs and reduces delivery times.
