Maison Breizh celebrates the unique people, food and culture of the most northwest and celtic region of France, inspiring people to connect and visit through authentic experiences. After two successful prototypes, recognition with a national award, and some awesome customer feedback throughout the summer of '21 at Escape to Freight Island, we've temporarily pushed the pause button on operations to facilitate an important period of reflection, learning and planning, so we can go again to the next level. 2022 will see us further develop our concept and menus with our annual gastro-tour of Brittany in the Spring, and we have limited ourselves to accept just two invitations to showcase at significant cultural events this summer, announcements to follow.
