I lead business transformation through teamwork by designing and facilitating collaborative work for groups of all sizes. I create a trustful environment where ideas can be freely shared and discussed in a way that allows groups to explore and focus on what matters most, and to eventually drive change. For more than 15 years I have facilitated change in the corporate world. I helped people develop, businesses grow and I enabled teams to collaborate effectively. I worked and lived in four European countries, becoming native in four world languages: English, German, Italian and Serbian/Croatian. However, my superpower has always been the language of empathy, trust, and collaboration. My dream of building a successful values-driven business, where we all put our unique skills and talents in service of others, has eventually prevailed. Today I'm teaming up with leaders, teams, and organisations to support them in meeting their objectives effectively; to solve problems, create a cultural transformation and align their leadership strategies through experiential and creative group approach.
