Established in 1994, Marlins is part of Ocean Technologies Group. the global learning and operational technologies company. Within Ocean Technologies Group, Marlins helps improve maritime safety, effective communication and teamwork through assessment and elearning tailored to the needs of the shipping industry. We partner with cargo, cruise, superyacht and offshore stakeholders. We combine in-depth knowledge of industry training requirements and training needs in every crew supply region. Our goal is to design "learner centred" content that will enhance training through lifetime career stages, from pre-qualification through to management level. We work with maritime industry training regulators on mandatory training and also on technical and soft skills areas.
