Massachusetts Women of Color Coalition

Massachusetts Women of Color Coalition is a dedicated nonprofit organization based in Worcester, Massachusetts, committed to dismantling racial inequities impacting women of color. Founded in 2015, we champion authentic inclusion across key sectors – political leadership, education, economic empowerment, criminal justice reform, and health & wellness – striving to create a Commonwealth where systemic racism and sexism no longer limit the potential of women of color. Our work centers on empowering women of Black, Latina/Hispanic, Asian, Middle Eastern, Native American, and indigenous descent, addressing the intersection of social identities including race, gender, and sexuality. We are a collective of advocates, organizers, and community leaders working to maximize the benefits and contributions of all aggrieved communities of color and the Commonwealth as a whole. Through strategic partnerships and impactful initiatives like the Intergenerational Leadership Academy and our annual events, we are building a more just and equitable future for all.
