Matthew 25 Health and Care

Matthew 25 Health and Care is a gospel-inspired healthcare center providing free medical, dental, vision, and mental health services to low-income, uninsured adults in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio.

We are deeply rooted in the principles of compassion and service, mirroring the teachings of Jesus, and operate as a hybrid staff/volunteer practice model, supported entirely by donations, grants, and foundations.

Matthew 25 Health and Care, founded in 1976 and located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, serves over 25,000 patients annually through more than 32,000 visits, offering a vital safety-net for the most vulnerable members of our community. Our commitment is to treat each patient with dignity and respect, regardless of their background or beliefs.
