We have been organizing tours here in Rome and the Vatican on an almost daily basis since 2002. The Maximus Tours website was a new venture launched at the start of 2007 offering the most competitive priced tours in the market. At Maximus Tours our carefully selected guides are here to share their knowledge and passion about art, archaeology and to enrich your experience in Rome. We personally hand pick each of our guides and while most of are mother tongue English speakers, those that aren't have an exceptional level of the English language. All our guides have a minimum of 4 years guiding experience and are experts on their subject of touring. Our aim at Maximus Tours is to provide all of our guests with an excellent level of service and, we hope, a "Roman Holiday"​ you'll never forget!.
